Paying for your jewellerySilverdigger.com accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via Click and Buy.
If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency..
Orders can be made on-line.
Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. Orders totalling under E80 are charged at £5.00. Silverdigger reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full. In this case customers may be asked to submit a recent bank statement to confirm the name address and postcode submitted as their invoice address, the statement must also include the credit card number. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.
Payment is as secure as 1-2-3
We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. This is because:
1 When you place your order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information - including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet.
2 At no time are your details held in clear text on any website.
3 And no-one sees your credit card number - not even us. What you see is what you get
Silverdigger.com has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Silverdigger.com reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.
Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is an discrepancy in card details.
Delivery Schedule
Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 -5 working days from receiving your order. Silverdigger.com do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
Returns
The Company operates a 14-day No quibble Guarantee. For full details click the "Returns" button at the site. For health and hygeine reasons, no returns are available on navel jewellery and pierced earrings. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.
Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 0049-(0)30 69 54 40 02 and return the product to us at Silverdigger’s address. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.
Lost Goods.
If you have not received your goods within 10 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on 0049-(0)30 69 54 40 02
