Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Delivery will usually be within 5 working days (within the UK only) of your payment being processed by Worldpay. A signature may be required. Delivery costs will vary depending on the number of goods ordered and the country goods are being sent to. See Postage & Packing for full delivery costs.

Should there be any substantive delay in delivery then we will notify you by email immediately and will arrange an alternative delivery schedule or offer a refund.
